While I fully believe I am a great Personal Trainer and Fitness Professional, I have also always been one to admit when someone is better than I am at something. As part of my FC, I'll be giving you exclusive access to some of the most talented, and qualified health/fitness professionals I know. They will be educating you on how they'd recommend to best fix your body if you have any type of injuries or physical ailments/imbalances you have not been able to fix.
